Smoked Barbecue Meatloaf Twinkies Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the meat mixture ingredients until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small, elongated loaves resembling twinkies.
  4. Create an indent on top of each meatloaf and fill it with Gouda cheese. Seal the indent.
  5. Place the meatloaf twinkies on a smoker-safe tray, brush with hot honey mustard.
  6. Smoke for 1.5 to 2 hours until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Remove, let rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.
