Smoked Barbecue Meatloaf Twinkies Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tube of hamburger meat (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 packet of Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup Jiffy cornmeal
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
- 1/4 cup hot honey mustard
Instructions:
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the meat mixture ingredients until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small, elongated loaves resembling twinkies.
- Create an indent on top of each meatloaf and fill it with Gouda cheese. Seal the indent.
- Place the meatloaf twinkies on a smoker-safe tray, brush with hot honey mustard.
- Smoke for 1.5 to 2 hours until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Remove, let rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.
