No-Bake Chocolate Cream Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
Instructions:
- Mix cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie pan.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Beat cream cheese and melted chocolate until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Fill the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 1 cup whipped cream

- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions:
- Mix almond flour, coconut oil, and honey. Press into a tart pan.
- Combine Greek yogurt and vanilla, and pour into the crust.
- Top with mixed berries and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
